OS.12 turned a DJ booth into a spatial installation at Bed Supperclub, Bangkok, where tubular forms suggested dystopian surveillance as a political metaphor.
Onsite Prototype No. 12 – at Bed Supperclub, Bangkok
OS.12 was created for Bangkok’s Bed Supperclub, a venue blending restaurant, nightclub, and performance art. Conceived as a DJ booth turned spatial installation, it mirrored the club’s layered identity where spectacle and social encounter merge.
Beyond its sculptural presence, the piece carried a more dystopian resonance. For the artistic director, each tubular “tentacle” functioned as an eye — part of an imagined global system of surveillance. This reading reframed the installation as a reflection on control, visibility, and collective experience within nightlife culture.
