OS.03 is the third iteration of the Onsite furniture concept. Developed during a residency at Mediaruimte in Brussels with LAb[au], it introduced OSIG, a digital tool for generating tubular profiles in real time.
About
OS.03 was the result of a residency at Mediaruimte, an experimental art and media space in Brussels run by two close collaborators, Jérôme Decock and Manuel Abenthroth. It marked the first spatial intervention in the Onsite series.
The piece was developed as a framework to present OSIG (Onsite Interactive Generator), a custom digital interface allowing users to draw and generate tubular profiles in real time. The spatial structure served both as a sculptural object and a demonstration platform, inviting visitors to test the generative logic at the heart of the project.
The installation was realized with the technical support of LAb[au], a collective working at the intersection of architecture, art, and code.
