About

The Adriana project was developed for the La Plateforme campus in Marseille, within a broader strategy of local furniture production and adaptive reuse. It responds to short, medium, and long-term scenarios: from the temporary occupation of a hall, to vocational reintegration through making, to the eventual installation of a permanent campus.

At its core, Adriana is a modular and evolving system of tables and structures, combining reused surfaces with prefabricated steel profiles. The design is based on a clear construction logic: standardized connectors, simple fixings, and visible assemblies. This allows for quick prototyping, adaptation, and series production while ensuring robustness and flexibility.

Beyond its technical qualities, the project also embodies a social and educational dimension. It serves as a platform for collaborative making, reactivation of local skills, and sustainable furniture strategies rooted in reuse and modularity.
